Brandshare partnered with Ferrara to co-present Conversational Commerce: Creating an Authentic 1:1 Conversation with Your Target Customer at the 2019 Path To Purchase Expo in Chicago. The presentation educated audience members on how a Connected Sampling campaign including conversational commerce and add-to-cart connectivity drove incremental sales for Butterfinger.
The omni-channel activation was an important component of Butterfinger’s reformulation campaign. As part of the presentation, the audience received the consumer brand experience and was able to try the sample for themselves.
